The Orchard Restaurant is seeking a strong lead line cook to join us for the 2021 season and beyond. A willingness to learn is a must. Candidate should have proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. We foster a positive work environment and have a great team in place. We are open year round on a seasonal schedule. Job responsibilities include prepping food and setting up stations. Ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in timely fashion. Cooking quality products using the grill, fryer and oven. Making cold appetizers, salads, sauces, dressings, baking and making desserts. Helping with catering events both on and offsite. We are only open for evening meals. We are an established restaurant 21 years in the making and are looking forward to a busy, successful and fun season.
