Oak Steakhouse at The Skyline Lodge is Hiring Front of House Positions and is able to offer year-round employment!

We’re accepting applicants for the following positions:

As a Server, you utterly enjoy studying and offering a mouthwatering detailed explanation of each dish. You strive to make each and every interaction an unforgettable one, having your guests’ running back for more.

Our Server Assistants are the saving grace of support staff and have an eye for the where assistance is needed. While ensuring each guest has water in their glass, you will also be there to save the day for the full-handed server in need.

As a Bartender, you love a fast-paced environment and shaking up cocktails that will have your guests’ running back for more. In your downtime, you’ll enjoy connecting with your bar guests and making a lasting impression.

A Bar Back is critical to the smooth operation of world-class bars; they assist Bartenders by keeping all bar areas clean, stocked and offering support to ensure efficient and friendly service for guests. The ideal candidate is high energy, positive, fun, and quick on their feet.

Our Hosts are the first and last person each guest sees, you have a genuine smile with a warming hello and goodbye. You are always on top of the organization for table times and ensuring each guests’ seating specifications are met (if possible of course).

Our Food Expediters have an eye for detail and work to ensure the guests food has a smooth transition between the kitchen and their table. As a food expeditor, you will ensure every dish that is sent out is divine to present and devour.

As part of The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, we offer extensive training in all aspects of the restaurant business and take pride in promoting from within. Benefit plans are offered after 60 days of full-time employment. Please note you must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Hours and scheduling will vary based on position with full-time and part-time positions available.
