We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our law office. Duties will include preparing correspondence and documents, coordinating and scheduling appointments, managing client files, answering phones and greeting clients, among other tasks. Skills required include proficiency in MicroSoft Office, excellent computer and typing and communication skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. Position demands strong work ethics and balanced and consistent work performance. Must be reliable, disciplined, of good character and maintain a positive attitude and exhibit professional phone manners and appearance, be able to follow direction and work independently while being a team player. Applicants must have a minimum of 3+ years related office experience. Office experience required.
