$500 Sign On Bonus

The Bellman position pays $10.25 per hour. Our Bellmen are currently averaging between $16 – $18 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Bellman creates a great first impression for guests, greets and opens doors, assists with guest vehicles, gives property tours and assists in Front Desk operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
OEI Duties
Perform Check-Ins, Property Orientations, Check-Outs, Luggage Pulls, and Amenity Deliveries
Ensure Entrances are Staffed to Company Standard
Ensure Guest Amenity Items and Public Areas are Stocked and Presentable (Champagne, Butler’s Pantry, Golf Carts, Lodge Lawn, Etc.)
Prepare for Daily Check-Ins by Reading Arrival and Amenity Reports and Being Aware of Room Moves and Expected VIPs
Upkeep of Bellmen’s Items such as Radios and Ear Pieces
Complete Shift Checklists
Pick Up and Put Away Front Desk Warehouse Orders
Ensure the Bell Closet is Stocked and Tidy
Has Knowledge of the Town of Highlands, OEI Outlet Hours of Operation, In-House and Upcoming Group Events and Transportation Log
