Daily Tasks for this position would include: setting kitchen up for the day, turning on ovens, making and baking a wide range of doughs for service from sourdough to laminated doughs. Following, preparing and maintaining prep list and keeping up par levels. Preparing baked items for Banquet events when needed.
Applicant must be detail oriented, work fast, efficiently and a high standard of cleanliness. Minimum 2 years professional bread baking experience.
