Summary: The Guest Services Representative works as part of a small team while being able to work independently. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities for Guest Services Representative
Act as the first point of contact for guest information
Receive and respond to guest inquiries from multiple sources
Book reservations for owners and guests
Greet guests coming into the office and make them feel welcome
Process check-ins, check-outs, payments
Coordinate with other departments to address guest concerns
Respond to guest surveys and reviews – track reviews by property
Be a source of information to guests on LVR policies, local activities
Track and maintain inventory of keys for rental units
Required to work rotating Saturdays in office
Marketing/Social media skills
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Guest Services Representative
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to use a computer and other office technology
Able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software programs
Exhibits a positive and friendly demeanor in all guest interactions
Detail oriented
Keen listener with ability to address guest concerns and de-escalate issues
