This position is intended to provide support to the Community Association Managers in the completion of administrative tasks including communication, correspondence, maintenance issues, site familiarity and other achievements related to meeting established goals of our client communities and IPM Corp.
Essential Functions:
*Provide complete clerical support for community managers
* Issue maintenance work orders or hold for manager verification those that need manager attention and process completed work orders/invoices
*Assist in the compilation of Board packets
* Complete forms both as generic templates and for specific purposes
* Update the computer data base as needed
* Understand the financial paper flow issues that support timely payments and reporting of Association financial matters
* File all Association business records
* Draft Association correspondence for Manager review and signature
* Prepare New Owner Orientation materials as directed
Qualifications:
*Excellent communication and human relations skills
* Ability to organize complex issues and complete follow up tasks efficiently
* Ability to keep Managers thoroughly informed regarding matters of interest in our client associations
* Above average computer competence including formatting templates and organizing specific and generic forms
* Ability to perform as a team member in the completion of a variety of administrative tasks aimed at keeping our Association clients informed in a timely and accurate manner
This position would start as soon as possible. This position is a temporary position, but for the right candidate it could become permanent. January 2021 -June 2021.
