Rapidly growing roofing & restoration company is seeking an administrative assistant to help busy executive with daily operations & affairs. Job requirements include answering phones, taking messages, following up with customers, scheduling, material orders, & permits.
Some person tasks like running errands will be necessary from time to time.
Administrative assistants also organize meetings, arrange travel, manage records and monitor expenses. Traditional office duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, ordering supplies and overseeing supply reordering, are also preformed.
MUST be a self starter with independent judgment and keen decision-making skills.
