Experience not required, but some is preferred. We are willing to train anyone with a great attitude, dependability, punctuality and good attendance.
Lots of room for professional growth and pay increase! We have always preferred to promote from our Team Members when looking for Trainers, Key-Holders/Jr. Shift Leads, etc. Possibility for quick promotion based on good performance.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills – Must be able to communicate professionally, project voice and speak in front of groups
Proactive in cleaning and organizing workspace & play area
Friendly & likes to have fun!
Ability to handle and resolve issues

Responsibilities

Staying knowledgeable about company offerings such as programs and party packages
Responsibly checking in patrons at admissions and following waiver procedures
Helping to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-service training.
Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
Other duties as assigned.
