We are seeking an Office/Retail Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and routing calls
Receiving, opening and sorting mail
Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries
Sorting and filing documents
Performing various administrative duties
Monitor and/or pick-up and order supplies as necessary
Ability to adjust to changing deadlines
Be extremely proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Be highly organized, accurate, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
Have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Have the ability to work under little or no supervision
Be proactive and have problem solving skills
Be pleasant, outgoing and professional
Be willing to step outside of the job description as needed
Ability to quickly and efficiently learn new software
